Refund policy
tl;dr:message packs are one-time digital purchases credited to your account instantly. Unused credits are refundable within 14 days. Once you've spent them, they aren't.
What you're buying
rizzd sells one-time packs of practice-message credits (for example, $4.99 for 100 messages). There are no subscriptions and no auto-renewal. Credits are delivered to your account immediately after a successful payment and never expire.
Merchant of Record
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles the transaction, billing, and applicable taxes, and appears on your card or bank statement. Refund requests can be made to us directly or through Paddle's buyer support, and are actioned by Paddle on our instruction.
When you can get a refund
- Unused credits— if you bought a pack and haven't substantially used it, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Duplicate or accidental charge — refunded in full once we confirm it.
- Something broke on our end— if a payment succeeded but credits never landed and we can't fix it, you get a full refund.
When we can't refund
- Credits you've already spent. They're a consumable digital good — once the messages are used, the value has been delivered.
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase for a pack that has been used.
EU / UK consumers
You normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal on digital purchases. Because credits are delivered instantly, by completing checkout you ask for immediate access and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost for any portion of the digital content you have already used. Any unused balance remains refundable within the 14-day window.
How to request a refund
Use the support button on the site, or reply to your Paddle receipt email. Tell us the email on your account and the order reference from your receipt. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
